Three minutes on foot from Sakae Station Exit 5A or Hisaya-odori Station Exit 3A, in central Nagoya.
English support planned from December 2026
Groomer Mizuki is due to join us in December 2026. After Mizuki joins the team, we can help you in English in person, by phone or via LINE, but only when Mizuki is on duty.
Mizuki will work shifts, with no set days each week. Please message us on LINE before booking so we can check availability and discuss a suitable appointment.
English phone calls and LINE replies are also handled only on Mizuki’s working days, so you may need to wait for an English reply.
Make a reservation
For grooming, tell us your preferred date and time, your pet’s breed and the grooming package you would like. For the hotel, tell us your preferred dates and room type. Please consult us in advance about large dogs or pets needing particular care.
You can message us on LINE at any time and send photos if you have a question about your pet’s grooming. You can call us daily from 9:00 to 18:00.

Sakae Station Exit 5A / Hisaya-odori Station Exit 3A: approximately three minutes on foot.
Open daily, 9:00–18:00. Hotel check-in and check-out: 9:00–17:30. Temporary closures, if any, are announced in our news or on LINE.
Parking
Use System Park Higashisakura next to the salon. We offer ¥200 towards your parking costs. If it is full, the same offer applies at a nearby paid car park. Please let us know before paying your salon bill.
Pick-up & drop-off
Weekday service is available mainly in Higashi-ku within about 20 minutes by car. Free for members; ¥550 one way or ¥1,100 return including tax for non-members.
