Weekday pick-up & drop-off
Transport between your home and the salon for grooming and pet hotel visits, mainly in Higashi-ku, Nagoya, within about 20 minutes by car of the salon.
Prices & availability
- Members: free, subject to membership conditions.
- Non-members: ¥550 one way / ¥1,100 return, including tax.
- Available on weekdays only; no service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- Available for both grooming and pet hotel visits. We can transport more than one pet; let us know how many when booking.
Service area & times
- Approximately 20 minutes by car from the salon, mainly around Higashi-ku, Nagoya. Confirm your address when booking; you may also ask about addresses outside the usual area.
- Pick-up: weekdays, 8:30–11:00.
- Drop-off: when grooming is finished, or 16:30–18:00.
How it works
- Request pick-up/drop-off when booking via LINE or by phone. We ask for your address and preferred time window.
- A staff member collects your pet at the agreed time and brings them to the salon.
- After grooming or the hotel stay, your pet is brought home.
- You do not need to prepare a crate for a dog. Cats should be handed over in a carrier or cage, as explained in our FAQ.
Travelling by car instead?
The neighbouring System Park Higashisakura is our partner car park. We offer ¥200 towards your parking costs when you visit.
