Your first grooming visit
What to expect at your first visit, from booking to collecting your pet.
1. Make a reservation
Book via LINE or telephone. Tell us your preferred date and time, your pet’s breed and the grooming package you would like.
2. Arrive & check in
Our main drop-off times are 9:00–10:00 and 13:00–14:00. Within these windows, you may drop your pet off before the appointment time. Outside these windows, drop-off is available from one hour before the appointment. For a first visit, bring rabies and combination vaccination certificates.
3. Tell us about your pet
We discuss your requests, skin concerns and preferred haircut. Tell us about medical conditions, allergies and anything your pet finds difficult.
4. Gentle grooming
We use mildly acidic shampoo formulated to minimise irritation, along with Mirable ultrafine bubble technology. We adjust the grooming to your pet’s health and comfort.
5. Collect your pet
We contact you via LINE when grooming is finished. Please collect your pet within one hour, as space at the salon is limited. You will also receive a photo of your pet. You may wait in the salon or go out while your pet is being groomed.

Save 30% on a shampoo package or a shampoo and haircut package at your first visit. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
Nervous pets, senior pets & health conditions
Please consult us beforehand. We adjust the pace and grooming to suit your pet, but may need to decline care for safety reasons. Senior pets and pets with health conditions require prior consultation and agreement to the applicable terms.
Getting here
Weekday pick-up and drop-off is available within approximately 20 minutes by car of the salon, mainly in Higashi-ku. It is free for members; non-members pay ¥550 one way or ¥1,100 return, including tax.
Use the neighbouring System Park Higashisakura car park. We offer ¥200 towards your parking costs. If it is full, the same offer applies at a nearby paid car park. Please let us know before paying your salon bill.
After your first visit
Our membership offers 10% off grooming packages and one complimentary add-on each visit, subject to the membership conditions.
